How to have a good day @ work

Happiness @ work is a decision, and YOU are ultimately the one in the control room making this happen.

Here are some tips to give you the edge:

1. Get ready the night before.

Gear, food, transport, tools, what you need @ work. Gather this before bed.

2. Have a good night sleep.

3. Don’t skip breakfast.

4. Make sure you have food to eat @ work.

5. Finish these two sentences as you commute to work:

“I feel positive about today because…. “

“Work is important to me because…..”

6. Smile and say hi to your workmates.

7. Have a laugh at work.

8. Finish work on time, and do something you enjoy away from work.
